Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary Datasets

Overview

This page provides access to the Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary (Kajiku, 2020) and related datasets.

The currently available materials include the dictionary PDF, as well as text data, audio data, and TEI XML data for headword entries and example sentence entries. An online version that allows search by headword and example sentence is also available (trial release).

  You can view the PDF data for the entire published content of the Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary.

• The Audio Database of Hatoma Lexicon [Academic Repository of NINJAL] (headwords)

  This dataset contains structured records of all headword entries in the Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary and corresponding audio files for the headwords.

  This dataset contains structured records of all example entries in the Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary and corresponding audio files for the example sentences in Hatoma dialect.

• Online Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary (trial release, searchable by headword and example)

  This site allows you to browse and search the dictionary text online. Currently, only some features are available.

• TEI Lex-0 Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary [GitHub] (body text)

  This dataset provides the full body text of the Hatoma-Japanese Dictionary in TEI Lex-0 format. It is structured for advanced computational analysis.
