Full-text data of Kokutei Tokuhon included in the "Comprehensive of Kokutei Tokuhon CD-ROM Version" (National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics, 1997), with partial modifications, are made available here.
Kokutei Tokuhon were elementary school Japanese-language textbooks authored by the Ministry of Education. 6 series were used between 1904 and 1949, and they played a significant role in the establishment of standard Japanese.
